What to keep in mind when hiring a projector:
The darker the venue, the brighter the image.
Light can have a big effect on the image brightness on the screen.
For example, if the conference venue has big windows and no curtains or the event is during the day or the conference requires house lights to be on during presentation, a brighter projector is needed than for a film festival screening at night with the lights off in a venue with heavy curtains

The better the quality of the projector, the better the quality of the image.
In other words, the better the quality of the projector, the higher the resolution.
